This Privacy Policy explains how WOLLE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained from users of our mobile application ProxyHop (the "App").

1. What Data We Collect

We collect a strictly limited amount of data necessary for the App to function:

• Email address — the only personal element we collect. It is used to create an account, link purchased proxies, save your favourite proxies list, and transfer settings between devices.
• Anonymous traffic counter — for paid plans, we process anonymised information about the volume of data transferred to track remaining traffic. The content of your traffic is not analysed or stored.

We DO NOT collect or store:

• Names, phone numbers, or addresses;
• Payment details (cards, accounts);
• Internet activity logs (browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content);
• Connection logs (IP address, timestamps, session duration).

2. How We Use the Data

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• User authentication and linking purchased proxies to your account;
• Synchronising your favourite proxies list across your devices;
• Restoring all your proxies and settings when signing in on a new device;
• Tracking remaining traffic for limited plans (data is anonymised);
• Improving the App and fixing technical issues.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your email with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Payment processors — when purchasing proxies, you may enter your payment details on the provider's website (e.g., Stripe, YooKassa). We do not see or store your card details. The payment provider may receive your email to send a receipt — this is standard practice.
• Legal requirement — only if required by a court or other authorised body, and we are legally obligated to do so.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

Your email is stored as long as you use the App. You can request full deletion of your account (along with all linked proxies and favourites). To do so:

• Email us at: proxyhop@atomicmail.io; or
• Use the "Delete Account" button in the App settings.

After deletion, all data is permanently erased.

5. Transferring to Another Device

To transfer your proxies and favourites to a new phone or tablet:

1. Install ProxyHop on your new device.
2. Tap "Account" and sign in with the same email you used before.
3. The system will restore all your purchased and saved proxies.

6. Data Protection

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Internal access to your data is granted only on a need-to-know basis.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the changes are material, we will show a notification in the App or send an email to your address. The new version takes effect upon publication.
