1. Introduction

Welcome to ProxyHop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProxyHop mobile application provided by WOLLE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

This is a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By installing or using ProxyHop, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App.

2. Services Provided

ProxyHop is an application that helps users find and connect to MTProxy servers to provide access to services (including Telegram) under restricted conditions.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Displaying a list of available proxy servers;
• Connecting to a selected proxy with one click;
• Saving favourite servers and synchronising them across devices;
• Providing paid proxy servers with limited traffic (where applicable).

3. Account Registration

To use the full functionality of ProxyHop, you need to create an account using your email address. By registering, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email);
• You will not share, sell, or transfer your account;
• You will immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account;
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

ProxyHop may offer paid proxy servers. All payments and subscriptions are processed through the official app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) using their respective in-app purchase systems.

• If you purchase proxies, subscription management and refunds are handled through the payment system you used.
• Refunds may be issued in case of technical inability to provide the service. To request a refund, contact our support team at proxyhop@atomicmail.io.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use ProxyHop for the following purposes:

• Any illegal activity under Hong Kong law or any other applicable legal system;
• Cyberattacks, hacking, or spreading viruses or malware;
• Sharing, distributing, or downloading copyrighted material without permission;
• Distributing child pornography, threats of violence, or terrorist activities;
• Money laundering or financial fraud;
• Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the App or servers;
• Reselling or redistributing our services without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for your online activities when using proxy servers. We provide a tool but do not control how you use it.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Company provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service;
• Compatibility with all devices or networks;
• Complete protection against all security threats (though we make reasonable efforts to ensure security).

We are not liable for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use our services, or from user actions that violate the laws of their country.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities that arise from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes (via the App or by email). Continued use of ProxyHop after updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Apple App Store Terms (EULA)

This agreement is concluded between the User and WOLLE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, and not with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. All payments and subscription management for purchases made via the Apple App Store are handled by Apple through the User's Apple ID account. Subscription cancellation must be performed through the Apple ID account settings.
